Phorx help!!!

I just took a part my scooter becuase i was switching my deck but i realized that after i took my hic shim and compression off my phoenix forks they were still inside my headset im i doing something wrong? HELP.

Do you mean that the phorx are stuck in the headtube or the compression bolt and hic shim are stuck?

NO THE HIC IS ALL OFF and my phorx arent loosening out of my headtube because the headset rings nd i dont know how to get the rings out

can you take apart the headset? the compression ring could be on there pretty good, pry it off with a flathead screwdriver

I broke my pinch ring last time I did this because it was so tight. you might have to get another headset afterwards

just dont slam it, just hit it enough to shock it
and wiggle it or something

Get a really pointy knife,put it in the little slit. Wiggle back and forth and then evenly pry both sides. I have the same headset.
