play between bars and deck bit

umm didnt know if this was the right place, nor do i know what most parts of the scooter are called. so bare with me on this one.
Okay so my bars and the forks move around in the place where the rest in(the front sorta part that connects to the deck)and im not sure how to sort this out. could anyone tell me what i should tighten or what ever??

You're probably running threaded so just tighten the nut that is above your headset cup, the silver thing under you clamp
