Would any one buy carbon fiber 1 piece bars?
I might start making some if i get material.
Carbon fiber would not break and if they were to bend they would just bounce back!
They are also lighter and prettier than stock or mild steel!

Most Carbon Fiber BMX forks (for racing, which is generally smooth) have weight limits because they will break. A scooter that does freestyle, which normally isn't smooth, would almost definately break on. Carbon fiber forks for bmx are also engineered to be strong, while these bars would probably not be engineered at all. I am also very sure you cant weld carbon. How is it going to work?

best way would be to use carbon rode in buff bars, but still as greg said it will shatter & would hurt u if you ever broken them if your not lucky

even solid rode like no hole in middle id say we could break & it cost way too much

It will also cost alot.
If the bars are so light (which they will be) scooters would be very unbalanced and back heavy.

Too much money. They would probably feel so light to the point it's flimsy. Also yeah they would shatter and that would be dangerous.

Probably the worst idea ive ever heard. You can't weld carbon because its not a metal, it will snap SUPER easy and will be rediculously expensive.

I got myself banned.
Carbon fiber flexes. Not a chance i would ever ride bars made of it. If you ride steel bars, they start to bend so you know when they are going to break. Carbon fiber won't tell you when its gonna break, or when your face is gonna smack the ground. It has no memory so when it flexes it goes back to its original shape.
