i was dying my shoe laces, metal cores, pro wheels, and my shoes, and more random stuff. when i cleaned up i noticed that the pot was like anodized purple. so i thought to my self. what it i made a pan thing that is big enought to fix bars and i dyed bars! well i desiced to try something smaller. so i have to fix the bolts on my scs and i rawed it [exept for the front]. so i thought well im going to try this. and i tryed it. the proto logo died. that is it. but idk the stain less pot that i dyed in, is now purple. even after bleach. so what eva. but im going to try painting something very lightly white. and dying that. cause the proto logo was white and is now purple. i think this idea of dying metal might only work with steel types. im going to get mroe dye and try to dye a piece of chomoly. i will tell you ppl if it works. {-)

of course its a fail. you've died wheels right. and the core didnt get "anodized". why would you think that the scs which is also aluminum would have any different of a result.

thats not anodization, it may look anodized, but anodization is far more complicated than just "dying metal"
