I'm sorry, but no. Bubble drop shadows completely separated from it's origin is not professional. There is no value to the text, no interaction with the cover. It looks like it was done by a 10 year old. The top "Inside Scooters" is just two toned with a drop shadow layer style. Everything is one-dimensional. One tonal pallet, one font, one style. People like contrast, not 10 second photoshop. There is a reason why no serious why no serious magazine firm would consider using photoshop for titles. 5 px baby blue borders are not cool nor will they ever be. That cover is very childish. I would never spend more than $0.50 on something like that, it screams out childish.
