i like 200 and 400 for day, but i really like shooting 600 f/16 when its really sunny.

for indoors/night, its almost always 800 and 1600

a tripod. get one.

I forgot what my iso is set at at the moment, i think 400.
edit: it was 200

I really don't mess with ISO that much

i use a monopod, but 1600 is only when i'm shooting football with no flash at f/4, no monopod

I shoot 1600 every now and then..but mostly only for freezing bees flying or some shit like that.

other than that I use 200-400 the most.
