Has anyone thought of this? it's pretty easy to make a room.
By the way, irc means internet relay chat. Google it.

If this has been made before, just lock it. i searched for a bit but couldn't find anything.

Edit: Made a room. those who have a version of mIRC installed just type in
/server irc.swiftirc.net -j #sr

it's currently in swiftIRC.
