If they spin horrible when he tightens his axle and fine when it's loose then it COULD have everything to do with bearing spacers... not saying that is the issue though but it is a possibility.

The newer ones come with a bearing slot that's just a tad bigger than the bearing, so you have to use some tape to make them solid.

i guess that's what's up with mine. i have one of the blue urethane, gold cored eagles, which i'm guessing is pretty new. and yeah, sometimes it seems like it's ovalized.

and just ride them
they fix themselfs up after a bit...
