[poll] WHAT CAR?

gah my mom sold my lexus and so i need another fun car....

I drive her Explorer ('02, its a spare car) but its hard on gas and insurance for me....
its fun and all, but im more into street rally-ing

so i have like a 10k budget but dont wanna spend all of that...
i was thinking like a Datsun 510, some civic, or now a BMW 325is
want something sporty and hard on acceleration...top speed dont matter to much not gonna be going over 150 ever....also needs to be expendable....

what do you guys think?

datsun is pretty sweet. but so is the bmx, so tough call.

take the civic off the list right now, doesnt even compare to the other 2.

dont want awd cause i enjoy drifting (I know im sacrificing handling here)

jetta.... not so much my explorer is faster to 65 then my friends turbo'd jetta

would love a GTi but i cant get one cheap enough, still around 14K

m3 basically the same as a 325i but a little more $$$ and some OEM performance parts....

Im really leaning towards the 325is....

Heres my rundown... I don't know a bunch about cars, but i know whats fast.

If the cars are stock, i'd go with the bmdubb obviously.

If the Civics engine is swapped (it wouldn't be swapped unless someone was into racing), fuck the beamer and find out more about it.

Otherwise, i'd look into a Nissan (because i suck Nissan's dick and want a Maxima so bad... hahaha)

i know they can.... i've been driving (really driving) in an evo.... it was hard to get it to slip but it did.... almost out of control....

also in a VW phaeton with a V12..... once again really hard....

im no stranger to mods.... civic would be crazy like 2k for car 8k for motor (there because i want to drive a car idc about..... with me late-Lexus i could careless, but it was probably the funnest car i will ever have, so many great times)

BMW would be mainly stock.... unless i get an extra 10k for a turbo kit and brembos....

240's aren't my style period....

idk my friend has a 525i and i want to really try it(on some twisty roads), but he dosent really trust me....yet that is =]
