yak metal core - basicly the same as soa's
proto - some defective ones in the first batch

Yak Spoked: weak as fuck.
Yak metal core: No where near as bad as everyone summed it up to be, great for the price.
Proto's: Ive never owned one, but ive ridden and there fast, smooth and I like the 110 idea. just if you get a defective batch
Eagle's: Fast, cheap, so hard to de-hub. my favorite.
Micro's: Probably the fastest of all the metal core companys. have been known to have problems in the long run though.
Micro XT's: I absolutely love the idea of them. There fast, durable, and alot of people like them.
Fila's: they look okay. idk.

PROTO metal cores

Yak Spoked: Horrible. Easily cracked.
Yak metal core: Thin, but fast, stronger than spoked yaks.
Proto's: I've ridden my friend's protos, and man are they fast. So good.
Eagle's: Decent wheel, not nearly as good as protos.
Micro's: Excellent wheel, very fast. strong if worn in before riding in the back
Micro XT's: I personally have had no problem with them, fast, bearings are easy to get in.
Fila's: Fast and good for a plastic core wheel.
