Looks like it but it won't let me download it.

I also wanted to find a plugin to keep noobs from posting for like 30 days once they register. Or just something that allows you to automatically give permissions to people once they have been around a certain ammount of time since registration.

haha i just tried it out here at school before signing in, works good. the only thing is its sorta hard to figure out what letters they are, i had to look close and stuff.

which is better i guess haha.
