filters are in effects... i havent used 6.0 in a long time but i remember something about just draggint it where u want, but u have to set it up

EDIT: if i were going to make a movie, but i wanted the screen to be greenish but you could still see the action and stuff how would i accomplish that? also, this may sound stupid, but where under video is filters? it doesn't say filters or anything and i'm used to entry level video editors. thanks.

find the effects, there under windows at the top right, then go to the image contol thing under effects, click on the color balnce effect and drag it to the clip u want to change(if u did it right there should be a line at the bottom of the clip) then go to effect controls(its under windows) then just ajust it the way u want, also, u can make it look better by ajusting the brightness/contrast, thats it i guess! actually i think the effect r already there on 6.0
