pro fork. alu or steel?

Okay so im arguing with byron barger he thinks they are alu and i will bet so much moeny that they are steel. tell him im right.

its steel. if it was aluminum, the threads would be terrible and you could pull your bars off without trying (if they werent clamped).

lmao, they said nothing on the pro model description for them, except aircraft aluminum, so i said i wasnt sure.

thats impossible you cant weld alu to steel and the tube is welded to the legs

It's all steel, because you'll find that the tube rusts, correct? Alu can't be welded to steel either. The forklegs just have a shiny, protective coating so it looks pretty. If you look through Rob's scooter collection, you'll see plenty of his scooters have rusty forks. :)

wtf. steel. not half alu ahfl steel, not high tensile steel, not 4130, steel. steel tube, steel legs, steel. end of thread
