some things about them, their customer service wasn't very good to me.
I had to go to that store 4 times before they figured out that they excluded the compression ring from my headset.
The whole story: I got a threadless proride fork (used) with a preexisting cane creek crown race on it. I was stupid and thought it would work with my headset, wrong. Even though the store manager knew it was the wrong race, he still installed it for me and charged me 10 dollars. I went back with the correct crown race and they installed it but now the headset wouldn't even spin. The guy said, you are missing a piece to this headset and said we don't have the piece you are missing. I told him I bought the headset at Proride and he said, no, you got this from ScooterZone, BS!! I know where I got my headset from. I go back a 3rd time, he says buy a new headset, i left, came back for the FOURTH TIME and proved to him that the headset he sold to me was on their website and then he found an extra part and still made me pay 5 DOLLARS. Every time I went to go get it fixed, he charged me 5 or 10 dollars.
Customer service at its worst.
