problem with fitting 1 piece bars

well i have just got new asp standards and i when i put them over the forks and tighten the clampS and it still moves up and down side to side. Its as tight as it can go and it still moves.(maddgear forks btw)

i clamp fits around fine, the bars are to loose on the fork!

Are the forks threaded? Threads purdy much make a loose fit. Which is why a shim is necessary to keep the clamp from pinching.

That is, a stock razor clamp. A 1-1/4" clamp shouldnt need shims.

you guys don't get it

ASP bars are in AUS size so none of your shims and clamps and stuff are needed as clamps fit on perfect.

also, you didn't answer if you have a new a fork or madd or blade fork because i bet that is the problem.
try some pro forks! they should work perfectly
