problem with rawing

alright I rawed my inward perfectly, and then I put on clear coat and 2 days later theyre starting to rust, what did i do wrong?

Put more clear coats on...

Yeah, it takes a bunch of coats

sand the rust off and do a couple of coats. so it seals it
