I cant get my Fsa bottom cup fully in how do i get it in more

Make or buy a headset press. It is basically just a bunch of washers on a long bolt with a nut that you tighten to compress the washers together and force in the cups.

Yeah and what if he listens and ruins it?
If you're going to use a hammer, make sure you have a piece of 2x4 that you hit on top of the headset. Don't hit the headset directly.

my head tube is like machined to fit stock headsets, i had to file out the lip blocking the cup

The Fsa bottom cup is to big
file the top of the cup down so it will go in all the way

i had the same problem as you all i did is cut a little bit of the top it works for me. our you could take it to your local bike shop and get them to do it

DO NOT TRY AND GET IT IN MORE

its just how razor headtubes are. just get it as far as it can go and leave it. thats how mine was and ive been riding it for over a year with no problems at all.

if you really wanted to you could find someone to ream the inside of the headtube but its really not worth the trouble.
