I'm not trying to sound like a dick but can we keep it on topic?
Those wheel wouldn't last more then 2 minutes on a scooter.

They would be way to hard and there meant for always being vertical, if you landed sideways you would slide out
or the urethane would rip right off.

the plastic ones look pretty good prolly weak but only cost like 10-15 bucks most likely
