proto scs makes your scooter dialed rite? i herd that HIC and baby SCS is better but i dont want new oversized bars and i dont no how to cut my fork. plz help

you dont need to cut your fork for hic if your shim is long enough and most people say that HIC is the most dialed kind of compression
