Dont just buy a new deck for the hell of it, if your comfertable with your phoenix keep it, if you dont like 4.0 and want bigger then get the orion or addict

Buy my orion! It whips better than a phoenix or addict, i love the deck!

yeah, i'm asking people's opinions right now haha.

my old deck used to be a french id, it didn't whip too well for me, so not sure if wider decks are for me. i'm thinking though!

get an aos v2, addicts are shit crack easy and bend super easy. orions are super expensive. Aos v2 all the way

nah, not a fan of envy/blunt decks.

you've never ridden an addict lol how do you know if they are shit and crack easy haha maybe you are sketchy

The width doesn't really have to do with how a deck whips. It's more a combination of the headtube angle in combination with the weight distribution of the deck. I've had an ultra pro, district v2, district v2i, envy, 2 nitros, a 4.5 standard phoenix, a 4.65 reventon, and the proto, IMO the nitro and the proto feel the best. I like a little weight in the back, it gives you a really nice responsive feel when you whip, my standard phoenix was nice and all, but it's got weight in the front, but a light back end, doing like triples and stuff felt weird, i feel like i have more control with a little bit of weight, the proto and nitros are the most balanced for me at least
