proto gripper wheel question

does any one know if u get a proto gripper and it de-hubs and it is dyed black can u still send it out and get a new one for free? :confused:

yeah but i could see how dyeing it might void the warrenty. i had a micro xt metalcore that i had been riding for a few months just fine. i then went and died it one night and i went out to ride it the next day and it dehubbed on a wallride to 180 after only riding for about 10 minutes.

i am pretty shure that of the water it too hot when you dye the wheel it can mess up the urethane and make it seperate from the core because i think that it what happened with my wheel...

^^yeah thats what my friend said because if proto would be to find anything to save money i am sure they would

Im gonna assume from Proto's last post on this subject that any Proto wheel that fully dehubs, or donut dehubs, is replaced for free.
