I've had both hic and scs and I would recommend both but lean towards hic..... alot cleaner looking.

True. I'd go with HIC personally because it seems alot easier then an SCS..

not really becouse you have to buy over sized bars oversided clamp and shim and that more than scs

Go with either one. HIC is fine if you arent doing huge sets, bu you wont see me riding anything but scs from now on.

baby scs. dialed as hic, without the look of the huge clamp of reg scs

Baby SCS, HIC is difficult to dial if you aren't experienced with working on your scooter while SCS is like 1, 2, 3, BAM! Dialed.

no seriously HIC. SCS is cool and all but that quad really takes away from the look of some scoots that really just need a small dub clamp.
