proto sliders good for street?

hi guys, im new on scooter resource so please dont be mad if this question has been answered before.
anyways, i ride street only, local park doesnt allow scooters.
will sliders last a while? and how long do they last on average?
i ride somewhat sketchy, but ive been riding crappy china wheels and they seem to hold up fine.
i want to get some protos in hopes that they will last a long time and i wont have to buy another pair of wheels for like at least more than half a year or maybe even a year. thanks a lot

i ride only street just like you, i dont suggest you brake alot or square them because mine are so squarted that they are ripping and chunking when i powerslide

If you're sketchy, make sure you wear them in then - like ride around your driveway not doing tricks for a bit to get the glue to set.
