proto striker and ics?

I just ordered proto strikers, my bars onlt have a 1inch slit is that long enough or will i have to cut it longer? plus my starnut is like 3 inches into my bars is that long enough or to long? or to short?

You might want to make the slit a bit longer, and as for the starnut, as long as it's not touching the top of the forktube you're good. If it is, just take the ICS bolt and screw it into the starnut (without your fork or deck on) and just hammer it in a little further.
