The only buffs I'd ever ride were the ones with the original ADARACING stems. The chromo ones are disgusting imo, too heavy. Plus aluminum buffs had a really clean, nice look that chromoly ones don't have.

I'm pretty sure fullcore protos are discontinued.

edit- does anyone know where i can get pink spoked protos? i'm like dying for a pair.

Whats the point of spoked? Seems like it's harder and more costly to make, and its not like it's stronger.

edit: also, i want some buffs so freakin bad. I want some for HIC but I don't wanna pay full price for bars cause I could just get the stem then get some tubing from home depot.

What?

they made chromo buffs?

Yes, when Proto stuff was still sold in the SR store buffs were available but made of chromoly.

Spoked Protos are NOT going to break. So if you can pick between two extremely strong things, and one is lighter than the other, most people are going to pick the lighter one.
