pulled muscles?

do any of you have any muscles that screw up on your all the time?

my thigh right above my knee hurts like a bitch if i land really hard and take a lot of impact by bending my legs, like im stretching it out wayy too much. i do it on really gay stuff and usually keeps me from riding good, like on levons halfpipe i did it with a 180 triple whip and then it hurt a ton to pump the ramp

also, my back behind my right shoulder starts to hurt almost every spring from landing hard, then it goes away during summer and winter and comes back the next spring.
 
I only have something permanently fucked in my right arm, if I put too much pressure on it on a certain angle (when lifting something, bailing or playing volleyball) it damn hurts.

I pulled a muscle in my mid back area from scooting with low bars. It's gone now, and I haven't pulled anything from riding since...I guess stretching before you ride might eliminate the chances of you pulling a muscle maybe?

my back. and i broke my foot like 3 years ago over shooting a jump on my bike. , but i was stupid and took the cast off becasue i really wanted to ride. so it hurt and throbs once in a while, and when i land on it wrong.

Lol I dont think there has been one post that Farmboy here has made that I dont agree with ;)

Seriously Garry just cant beleve lol. He probably thinks im making up excuses 'cause im riding sooo bad lol.
Right now my problems are:
1. REALLY, REALLY TIRED
2. It gets so hot I just have to sit down
3. My ankle KILLS its holding me back so much, I want to do things and Im always like "If I land funny, im so screwed"
4. Havent really complaied but geting alot of cramps
5. Shot mussles, like everythings just a drag if you know what I mean
6. Trouble with my ribs (Screwed up a backflip)
List could go on but im tired. !sad
