the slits are great too I came accross them recently.
Also bad brains if filed on punk to but yeah its not really but there style does vary

Ramones sucked.
Sex Pistols were bullsh*t pop stars, and Sid Vicious didn't even know how to play Bass.
The Clash was amazing.

My favourties are The unseen/Cheap sex/A Global Threat/Rancid/Anti-Flag, I used to listen to punk rock ages ago untill all my music got deleted havnt much since then.
