qcs fork and scs problem

Ok so i just got my proto scs in the mail today, and i start to put together my scooter and i find out that the starnut that comes with the scs doesnt fit inside my fork? What can i do, do i have to get a new starnut?

most likely, since its an aluminum fork it has a thicker wall so the starnut wont fit, but it should have one at the top built in to the tube

when you order your qcs fork, there's an option for an integrated starnut that is welded in so you don't need and actual starnut, if you didn't chose that then you can't use scs

take your ics bolt, and run it up your forks (like usual).
but get a bolt, that fits the threads of your ics bolt.
and tighten that on your ics bolt.
(so the nut will be on top of your top cap)

i get what parrish is saying, but he couldnt tighten it cuz the starnut would spin rather than using a wrench on a bolt.
