exactly. Every order was shipped BEFORE I saw the problem. It doesn't take much time to fix and it isn't a big problem, but I wanted to warn everyone before they received it so there was no surprise. Anyway expanding 2 holes with a drill bit takes a fraction of the time it takes to install a starnut correctly into a fork, which is avoided with the built-in starnut.

What happened during production was that bearing adapters were made prior to installation in the forks which had originally the right diameter. Although, when they were pressed into the bottom holes of the legs, the diameter shrunk slightly from its original diameter. This is what caused the problem.

I shipped the forks out as soon as I got them, knowing speed of delivery was a factor. I was unaware at the moment of the problem. It is only afterwards that I realised it and immediately sent out emails to everybody who ordered so that they would be aware of it.

Also EVERYBODY who ordered a fork, regardless of whether you bought it before or after the 67$ deal, got free pegs and free peg bolts. Also those who ordered them ICS compatible got a free compression washer.

And I believe most people who ride scooters have a drill at their house and know (or if this isn't the case, know somebody who knows) how to manuever one. It really does not impare the performance of the fork in any way. They are still the strong/light/stylish forks you paid for and I can ensure you that you will love it.

To everybody who ordered a fork (if you find yourself incapable of drilling the holes upon delivery or whatever other inconvenience you see to this) PLEASE, do not hesitate to contact me! I engage myself to make sure everybody is happy with their fork and can be totally satisfied with their purchase at Quebec Scooters.

here is the email: qcscooters@gmail.com

Again I apologize for this and hope you can understand that stuff like that can happen during mass production. It's just that I hav to learn of my error and double check every fork when I receive them prior to shipping.
When you get your fork though, once this little mod is done, you will still LOVE your fork!

soooo legit!!

lol the problem is u ordered from the gayest company in the sport wen u could hav just gone to a fucking bike shop

soooo right!!

OK when i made this thread i wasn't saying the forks are horrible, they look awesome, and i didn't get them in the mail yet, but i bet they look and ride awesome too, i was just saying so people knew before they ordered the forks. and yes lloyd is very professional and i really like how he is in fast contact in e-mails, and everyone should buy the forks, i was just saying.

that's alright I understand.
the next forks that will be shipped out will be corrected of course. I think you thought that I would keep on shipping out forks that had the problem anyway. Because if you did, that is not the case at all :). So it wasn't even necessary to advise people before they order, since the next forks shipped out will be perfect.

Also, to whoever would like to order some forks, I think I'm going to keep on giving out free pegs and bolts while supplies last. I have plans for the next batch of pegs that is going to be made, so I'd like this last batch to be out as soon as possible. And what better way to do so than to give them to customers who choose to ride QCS forks eh :) ?

Headsets work for both bikes and scooters. (Headsets with cups at least)
Normal bike shops will sell these.
