take both bolts out of your pro double clamp fit something in that goes skinny to big (i use a screw driver (phillip head)), then it will be a bit wider then fit it on your bars but still with the screwdriver (or w/e) and then hammer in a circular motion.

to stretch the double clamp take a penny and a 5mm allen key (the one you use for your wheels and ####)

take both of the screw things out

put one of them in on the other side, and put the penny in the way so that it cant get to the other side of the clamp (i dont know how to explain it) and then just tighten the screw until it fits on the buffs
then just take the screw and penny out and put both screws back in normal and it works fine

Yeah they're like 1/4" get them like an inch and a half long then just tighten and hacksaw the rest off.

they are not 1/4'', it is 6mm; if you try to fit a 1/4 there, the threading of the clamp will rip off,
