Question about iTunes

Ok so i just got a brand new nano, but my iTunes is already set up to my ipod shuffle, how do i get my iTunes set up to my nano without lossing my shuffle shit?

If that made any sense what so ever help me pretty please

I don't understand why you would loose your shuffle... Set them both to manual update though if they aren't already. Fuck that syncing shit.
