for the steering column why does it say +1 or 2 3 4 etc is this extra money or what? thanks

i'm guessing it's how many more dollars since taller means more money for the raw material, but i could be wrong, i'm sure andrew can clear it up

Just extra dollars for higher steerer tube becasue obviously they use more material which costs more money
