Quick update on banning people.

Make sure when you ban people you give a reason in as much detail as needed so another mod can figure out why AND a date or month that they are allowed back (if ever).

I want to start doing this so if you forget to unban someone or they contact any of the other mods about their banning situation we can figure out what is going on for them easier without playing tag online with each other trying to find out.
