V1 - literally 2 tubes welded together?
V2 - beastly ones with big gussets (comparable to wee's)?
V3 - similar to v1 but stronger somehow?

the difference between v4's and v3's are the welds
no, I'm pretty sure v3's had gussets, they just didn't drill a hole through the top of the bars like on v2's, and they also used thicker tubing for them.
