well there very different
RAD bars:
backsweep
made of cromoly
can come in HIC or standard size
light (but not as light as aluminum bars)
very strong
can use HIC compression, SCS, baby SCS, ICS, or threaded

Torn bars:
no backsweep
made of aluminum
come in oversized outside, regular inside ( so need and oversized clamp)
can only use ICS, Threaded, or full SCS
very light
not as strong as crows but still very good

thomcat forks, i have a pair and they are super strong, and solid. they are a little heavier than most forks but that doesnt make a huge difference. only problem is you cannot ride pegs on the right side, because of the threads.

torns aren't THAT light. They have a solid crossbar so they weight almost as much as an average chromo t-bar. But lighter than crows, I would say yes.

it all depends on you style of riding if you are more tech and don't go super high a lot and don't bail as much get torns but if you are vert/park rider and like to boost airs and occasionally fall from higher altitudes get rads. but from a non analytical stand point i say rads just because they are amazing.
