RAD Vultures Shim

So yeah, i've had my vultures for a while now and my clamp has pushed the shim up which makes them to small to tighten to the fork. And i cant get the shim back down

How do you slide it back down?

take off the clamp and bars and reset it all back into place

Lube it up and maybe bend sum wire into a hook shape and pull it down?

your shim shouldnt be stuck in your bars unless you're an idiot and used the oversized bars on a threaded fork.
