just get some thick sand paper

take it to ur bars

and jerk it up and down with ur wrist
then boom no more paint on ur bars

i tried rawing my bars, got over it sooo quickly, i know have half raw half seedy white bars

use coarse sandpaper, then a finer grit. If you have steel wool, use that to make it look nice and polished.
