use Citristrip.

its a paint stripper made from orange oil. it doesnt have bad fumes and it wont burn you if you get it on your skin.

buy it at walmart.

umm i just use sandpaper..easiest an quickest..and if I have some parts that i really care bout I do what greg said

i use a light grit sandpaper or a hardcore industrial power paint thinner. its like acid to paint
