Your pretty much screwed. If you can find a broken Pro or old A try to get the foldy off, then drill holes threw your new A deck (after removing the old foldy) then bolt it on. Look at the thread called "This is Peru" because he just did what I explained with pics.

2 2in. 3/8 bolts, and 1 2in 5/16 bolt. but you will have to drill through the foldy and the headtube to make it have no wobble.

you don't need the 3rd bolt, just tighten the 2 through the holes as much as you can. works fine for me. you might want to get reinforcements though.

Read this whole post to see if you actually want to do this.

I have the same type of scooter and actually just bolted it last night as an experiment. AND IT WORKED!

1. Take the screw off that's behing the front wheel.
2. Take off the whole front end of the scooter.
(It's not as hard as it sounds. Just take off the little tabs holding the folding mech. bolts and pull them out.)
3. Next, take some plyers and pull everything out of the inside of the folding mech. Springs and all.
4. Next, put the front of the scooter back onto the deck. (also, only put on the main bolt that is nearest the deck of the scooter. front scooter axle works. 5/16 by 2 1/2 bolt works too.)
5. Take a drill with a small drill bit and drill it through the hole where the screw was behind the front wheel. Make sure it follows the slant of the tube where the springs were. (of course take off the front wheel first.)
6. The small hole should end up centered.
7. Gradually use larger drill bits and drill SLOWLY until the hole is just big enough to put a scooter axle through.
8. Put an extra front scooter axle or 5/16 by 2 1/2 bolt through the hole that you drilled and tighten literally AS TIGHT AS YOU CAN without stripping it.

I hope these help.
