Go to a hardware store and find the right sized tubing to fit in your forktube to reinforce it (fairly self explanatory but here's a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZrdHuvudwDQ). Then find a hot glue gun and hot glue your wheels (video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PhvwCv2CZU).

After you do those two things, you can make your bars wider by finding the right sized handlebar tubing. I'm not sure what size it is, but if I were you I would just take my bars off and go to a hardware store and see what tube fits as a top tube the best. Then you cut it to the width you want, line it up in your bars and drill the two little holes where the little buttons normally go. Drill all the way through til your out of the other side, then put a bolt through each hole and tighten it. There you are, wider and stronger bars.

After all this, save as much money as you can and wait until something breaks. Don't buy parts if you don't need them. It would suck balls if you bought new wheels then 5 days later your deck snapped.

While we're on the topic of decks, you can also buy little steel plates that fit on the sides of your deck. Cut them to the length of your deck, and drill all the holes in the same spots that they're at on your deck. This makes it a hell of a lot stronger.

Hahahaha the good old days when that was what a good scooter looked like.

Scooters seriously don't need that much money to be well built.

Since you don't have a RUP, you undoubtedly have the shitty Pro fork. I'd say swap that out for a RUP fork or other threaded fork, and use the rest of your money on some decent but cheap wheels (TGM metalcores, etc)

I say the same thing as chris above me. Swap the fork for an ultra pro fork or something a little stronger. But Id say use the money to put towards a pair of sturdy, simple T bars. Hot glue the wheels and theyll last a good while.
