Probably don't need it though. The dropouts are way thicker, unless you ride uber hard.

Yeah, you won't need it. If that deck breaks, it's gonna break at the headtube. The deck reinforcement is only gonna make it weaker.

yeah it is skinnier so you would probably have to bend it more to make it fit. but other than the width part, it should fit

i thought about this. stick something in between the two legs of the reinforcement and the stick the bend part of the reinforcement into a vice and clamp it down hard to make it skinnier. i guarantee it will work. does this make sense to you?

ok if you have the reinforcement, you will want to put something in between the legs of it so that you dont ben the legs. then stick the bend of the reinforcement into a vice and crank it. this will make the bend skinnier so it will slide in. if you dont put anything in between the legs of it, then when you bend it the legs will bend toward each other and possibly get messed up.

well it would put more stress on the headtube/deck joint but you should be fine. how much do you weigh? if you are light enough then you should be fine

well im 5'6" and weigh 155 and i ride with some huge reinforcements on my deck. if i dont then my deck will be raped in a heartbeat. so you may want to reinforce it still.
