Razor Ultra Pro or Razor Ultra Pro Lo?

Hi,
I'm wondering which will suit me best. The Razor Ultra pro or Razor Ultra Pro Lo?
I'm about 5 foot 3.
Which is better?

have you ridden a scooter before? if the bars are adjustable, put them to where you like them, and measure from the top of the bars, to the clamp (the thing at the bottom of the bars with a bolt going through). measure in inches. if its over 21, get a normal ultra pro, and cut the bars

21 is GREAT for someone who's 5' 3".

Personally I'm 5' 11" and got a Lo on accident and am looking to trade my bars with someone's Ultra Pro bars.

just put up with the smaller width u get used to it dont bother cutting bars down. later on u can buy new bars or something but just buy the lo unless ur actually sure u can cut the normal ultra down (has wider bars)
