i think that people are forgetting that the 360 came out early and before the ps3. which means the project might of been a little rushed in order to beat Playstation to the market. All those people who bought the first few shipments of xboxs are all having problems. Im pretty sure xbox fixed everything now on the new systems. i just picked one up tonight cause my old one got the rrod. Hours of Forza, MWF 2, and UFC here i come!!!

Yeah alot of people also didn't buy the xbox until the price came down about a year later. Im not talking shit on it or anything, but it was a manufacturing error and a SHIT LOAD of people got red rings, you can't deny that. Everyone knows about the redring and fears it... no one worries about their PS3 shitting out on them.

haha dude i keep my xbox on just about all day on weekends and it hasn't took a ----- yet my first one (which got rrod hah) was taken care of very well and turned off if i had to go eat and what not went about 7 or 8 months. kind of weird if you ask me.

im not worried at all about my xbox, microsoft are legit and replace them for free also the first batch failed so epicly because it was the very first next gen games console and microsoft messed up the design cos they were in a rush, like the boards inside buckled when they were hot and the fans werent powerfull enough, but slowly they have upgraded it and seeing as its been out since 2006-2007 and is still one of the biggest consoles out atm i think xbox's are better, oh and ps3 controllers are fucking disgusting im sorry but ughh

i've had 3 rod haha, but every time i get one, i just call 1-800-4-myxbox and i send it back for free and they pay shipping both ways. its great...but now i have my 360 flashed so i have no warranty anymore.

edit - i have PS3, Wii, Xbox 360, PSP, PS2, Xbox, and Dreamcast and I will have to say, I play my 360 a hellova lot more than my PS3...I just use my PS3 to watch movies and shit...and yeah, I also hate PS3 controllers, old one and the Dual Shock 3s.
