But, come on, there's a vast difference between a scooter, a BMX bike and a skateboard. Scooters are goofy.

Badasses ride skateboards and BMXs. They were the kids at my high school who smoked weed, tagged billboards and stole from the grocery store. Your eight year old neighbor with a cap gun in both pockets and missing front teeth rides a scooter!

In all the history of wheeled transportation there has not been one person who has actually pulled off looking cool on a scooter. I think those goofy fucks back in college who rode unicycles were cooler than the scooter crew.

In terms of vehicle coolness, a fully loaded Lamborghini Gallardo would be at the cool end of the spectrum and a scooter would be at the other.
