regular bars in a oversized scs?

Im selling my regular inward bars to this kid and he says he needs a shim to fit his SCS bars in them. So what is the best thing to make a ghetto shim out of?Im probably just going to use a coke can.
Im probably sounding pretty dumb but he says the bars dont fit without a shim so he might have the ones that are suppose to have a shim.

if you can get a hold of a district clamp or someone with one they come with a shim that should work

"ghetto shim" is kind of like saying "wet ocean"

I don't know the specific parts so I don't know how much you need to shim by, but thin but rigid films like a soda can "wound" around the bar would probably work alright. The main thing is that you want it nice and tight, and you don't want your shim material to compress and expand at will (so you don't want a foam shim or something dumb like that)

Just make it out of a few layers of soda can. You'll need quite a few.

if you have some old oversized bars cut the slit off them makes a good shim

Buy one from free style depot, they are like 4 bucks

or use 8 soda cans and jam them in there, you wanna make sure that it fits perfectly, or your bars could come out of the scs just ask josh brown hahaha

ok, buy some beeferoni, pour it in a bowl and heat it up. eat it and cut a couple layers out and use that as a shim.
