watch a good edit that gets your pumped to ride, skate, scoot, bmx, whatever...

listen to some music if you can while you ride like get a boombox heh. not something that gets in the way like headphones.

land some tricks that you can do super clean and feel good first and you'll carry that chill/steeziness into the rest of your sesh.

have some goals or tricks in your head that you want to either learn or want to eventually get up to. i rode sooo hard when i was learning back lips wayyy back in the day. it made me learn 50 other tricks that have nothing to do with grinds it was just super sweet imagining getting a long back lip real smooth and ride away clean

I listen to some good music, do a little stretching, then I do simple tricks that are clean while I flow around the park till I'm nice and warm. If I'm not feeling it I imidiatly stop and go chill at home.

Aaron knows. You cant think at all just kinda zone out and hop on your scooter and you will land the most mental tricks that you never thought you could land. Only problem is you never reconize what youre doing.
