remooving bearings from metal cores the correct way

how do you remove um post your methodes if you know the corect way please post this ones kinda for andrew cause he makes um so he must know

stick an allen key into where the spacer goes and push the spacer down and pull in the opposite direction of where the allen key is pointed.

i havent taken mine out incase i ovalise them haha

whenever i get mine out, the bearings are fucked, so i just use new ones haha

i use an axle to get the first one out. first, i off center the bearing spacer, and hit the axle against it until theres enough room to move the spacer sidways. then i just knock the spacer until the bearing pops out. for the other bearing, i use a small socket head that fits inside the middle of the wheel, and i hit it 2 or 3 times an the other bearing comes out.

whats the best method to get bearings in a metal core? i dont think hammering and stomping on the wheel and breaking the bearing like i did was the best way =P

a co2 compressed gas powerd little gun with an 8mm axle so move the spacer into the middle then it punches the bearing out, and repeat.
