Removing a Starnut from a Fork?

I have the original v1 French ID and it has a starnut in it. I have ICS so I can't have the starnut in the fork. What is the best way to remove it?

Just drill it out. Use a bit that can drill out the center threads of starnut and then just take the rest out with a screw driver.

if u have an ics bolt screw it in and just tap it out
or u can just get a screw driver and tap it out anything works rly

stick a tiny screwdriver in ti and bend all the flanges out
