Man, weight up front doesn't really affect whips at all. Deck weight however does.

i cant triple flat with stock/extremely light bars. i need that weight upfront in my scoot, makes it easier to whip. well for me atleast.

YES

i'm riding an electron with inward bars, and all of a sudden dubs flat are nothing. its so easy. i can't wait til i get a normal deck that is LIGHT and have some burly inwards on it.
