Return policy?

I wasnt sure what section to post this in.
Do online stores have a return/ exchange policy or anything?
My mom was getting me HIC crow bars for christmas from FreestyleDepot, but she accidently ordered normal crows. I looked at the prices and everything and the crows I have would be the same price as the HIC crows I was supposed to have. So does anyone know if I would be able to exchange them?
Im gonna call the shop on monday anyway, but I wanted to see if anyone knew.

I'm not sure but I think freestyle depot will be better about it. Just call them and say it was a genuine mistake and your very upset, I'm sure they'll understand.

Thats pretty much what I thought. Its not like its a big deal, I would exchange it for the same bars just with the oversized column, and theyre the same price. So its not like I would have to pay a difference in price or anything like that.

Thats kind of a pain in the ass though.
Well, when I call, it says my call cant be completed because of some problems with the phone company. I called from my house phone and cell phone and it said it, so its not my phone company.
Does FD have an email address or anything?
